Terms and Conditions for Paint Splatter Room this applies to adults and minors when signed by their parent or legal guardian. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in the Splatter Mania Experience: 

Nature of Activity: I understand that the Paint Splatter Room involves actively splattering paint onto various surfaces, including but not limited to canvases, walls, and the ground or floors. Use of Tempera Paint: I understand that the paint used in the Paint Splatter Room is tempera paint. While this type of paint is generally washable and should not stain clothing, it may temporarily color clothing until washed. I acknowledge that Ior my child/ward  may get covered with paint during the activity. 

Protective Gear: I acknowledge that goggles are suggested for participants to protect their eyes from paint splatters. I understand that it is my responsibility to wear appropriate protective gear and that failure to do so may result in exposure to paint. Livelovepaint Studio is not liable for any injuries to the eyes or skin as a result of exposure to paint. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Paint Splatter Room activity involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidental slips, falls, or minor injuries from paint splatters. I acknowledge and accept these risks as inherent to the activity. 

Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Livelovepaint Studio LLC and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with my or my child/ward’s participation in the Paint Splatter Room activity. Responsibility for Personal Belongings: I understand that I am responsible for safeguarding my or my child/ward’s personal belongings during the Paint Splatter Room activity. Livelovepaint Studio LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
